The privacy statement does not relate to the processing of personal data of employees within the context of their employment at Dresselberg.

Who processes the data?

The owner of the OmYmO brand – Dresselberg B.V. – is responsible for processing personal data. This means that we process personal data and are obliged to handle it with care. Dresselberg observes all obligations arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other Dutch privacy laws.

What is personal data?

If you use our website, you share your personal data with us or leave personal data behind. Examples are your name, phone number, e-mail address and IP address. This information is shared with us when, for example, you order something, you subscribe to a newsletter or when you indicate that you want to receive information about products from OmYmO. They are personal data because they are connected to you as a person.

Which personal data?

The personal data that we can collect and process from our website are:

  • Company name, Chamber of Commerce registration number and VAT number;

  • Your (mobile) phone number;

What do we use personal information for?

Who may use your personal data?

Your personal data may be transferred within the Dresselberg group and shared with companies that work under the OmYmO brand. This is necessary to have a complete overview of your data within the entire Dresselberg group and for administrative purposes.

We may also share your personal data with external service providers who process personal data on behalf of Dresselberg B.V., for example for processing credit cards and payments, for shipping and delivery purposes, for managing and maintaining our data, distributing emails, for research and analysis purposes, managing brand and product promotions and for the use of certain services and features.

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer during a browser session. We use the IP address of visitors to our websites to analyze how our websites are used and what can be improved.
